Esaad e-card application not opening
Esaad card is not opening since 3 days checked on website opened but the e-card is stuck on the green page I deleted the application and installed it again at least 4/5 times same problem switched off my phone .. tried to open it through google nothing is working….
Login is no longer allowed
I had a golden visa and was registered and using Esaad. Now i am not able to login or reset password. I tried to register it doesn’t allow me. I didn’t receive any notification and the service is lost. The card is really useful and I hope that this issue is resolved. Thank you anyway.
Worst app
I tried to login with my credentials( after 1st time registration)on the mobile app but not working. Following up with Esaad team since past 2 weeks but no action taken. Initially, they would respond and suggested to reset the password, delete the app and reinstall again, register again. Did everything but nothing works. Now they are not even responding to phone calls or to emails.
Worst app ever I came across.
If they can’t provide the technical support, better they should continue with physical card. Very disappointed with the app and team.
