Issues with Latest Update – App Crashes & Apple Pay Not Working
Hi Developer’s
Since the latest update, we’ve been experiencing some issues with the application. It unexpectedly crashes while in use, and the Apple Pay option is no longer functioning. Could you please look into these issues and provide a fix?
Needs Urgent Fixes For Payment Integration
I was excited to use the updated app for paying my electricity bill, but the experience has been frustrating. Every time I try to make a payment through Apple Pay, the app crashes. I’ve repeated the process several times, but the result is always the same. This issue makes the app practically unusable for payments, which defeats its purpose. The app interface looks promising, but the technical glitches ruin the user experience. I urge the developers to prioritize fixing this bug. A stable payment system is critical, especially for essential services like electricity bills. Please address this issue promptly!
Unstable App in Need of Urgent Improvements
The app is extremely slow and frequently hangs. I have been trying to log in for the past month, but unfortunately, I have been unable to do so. It doesn’t require logging in with UAE PASS, yet it still fails to work properly. After 15 attempts, I finally managed to log in, but the app suddenly logged me out on its own.
I do not recommend using this application, as it seems poorly maintained and lacks proper care for its users. Significant improvements are needed to make it functional and reliable.
التطبيق بطيء جدًا ويعلق باستمرار. حاولت تسجيل الدخول منذ شهر ولم أتمكن من ذلك للأسف. على الرغم من أن التطبيق لا يتطلب تسجيل الدخول باستخدام UAE PASS، إلا أنه لا يعمل بشكل صحيح. بعد 15 محاولة، تمكنت أخيرًا من تسجيل الدخول، ولكن فجأة تم تسجيل الخروج تلقائيًا.
لا أنصح باستخدام هذا التطبيق على الإطلاق، حيث يبدو أنه غير مُعتنى به ولا يتم توفير الدعم اللازم للمستخدمين. هناك حاجة ماسة لتحسينات كبيرة لجعل التطبيق أكثر استقرارًا وكفاءة.
