Very efficient,, cleans every single spot

I bought the Eufy Clean X9 Robot pro online from the Anker store six months ago. After two months the machine started showing error messages, I reported the problem to Anker support, they asked me to send the machine to them via their delivery agent. After a week of sending the machine, they brought it back with a broken part in the charging base and the initial problem was not fully resolved. I communicated again with their customer support and reported the damage, the customer support decided to compensate me tiny amount for the broken parts! I told them why do I have to survive with a broken damage from your side and the machine is still under warranty and the damage caused by their delivery agent? their customer support manager refused to offer any other solutions claiming that the damage is incurred by the delivery agent not them! knowing that the delivery agent is working with them not with me!!!. I don't understand how they expect a customer to survive with a broken part that they caused for a machine that has been bought only six months ago for more than AED 2000 and the machine is still under warranty! this is extremely unprofessional and for sure I will report the case to the Dubai Consumer Protection.

The app works well but there’s one annoying issue - every time I open the app I get an alert that the device is online (even though it isn’t). I would appreciate if this could be fixed in the next update!
