In the ad it shows that you play like the game you’re right and then it gives you something else and then like I like downloaded the game it sounded fun and then I had to wait an hour and a half to look for it to load and my phone is like and 14 phone so basically it’s a beard I took so long to download and basically the game it’s not showed as the act like it so long and really gives you Ortiz bowling task
Bad service
Worse customer service ever encountered. You just give an automated 1st answer and never reply again or solve a problem. Never ever you helped me with a glitch of your game.
Help fix the glitch in my main subordinates city. I am unable to speed up the construction. Been complaining since August 19 the day the glitch happened. It’s a simple matter to you developers. I need to speed up the construction and the icon is gone I can only see the second builder which is queuing while construction the keep. This a complain I opened on august 19. What you read up is my 3rd reminder and there is 4 more after this. Still they couldn’t fix the simple glitch I need to speed up the construction on my sub and I reach to upgrade the castle level 35 it’s about 340 days or more and the icon of speeding up is gone. I post a photo n still Mr. Alex from customer service didn’t take a proper action but instead he asked when this had happened. If I didn’t like your beautiful game I wouldn’t insist till now to solve my glitch. I am hoping that the management would read this and help me solve it. Thanks

Expensive
If you want to be successful in this game you need to spend minimum 100 USD per week. If you want to be on top you need to spend over 2000 USD, every 2 week. If you think you play without spending you need to play over 2 year and still you can't be at the level of normal spender. A number of features like refining, generals etc are based on random basis so you cant even figure out how to spend or play to get some thing in game. Think before you download. Its an expensive addiction. The worst part is the developer will enhance the game levels / options so you cant even decide that this is the max you need to spend to reach top rank players. I spent a lot to reach k35 and then they upgraded the game to k40 level. They will continue this so that you keep on spending.
