Value For Money
The device is almost perfect first camera was brought by my husband just to monitor my kids at home since the products does well, all our families already made a purchase of the camera for their home.
As of now a total of 15 cameras i have for our home and the office.
The only downside is the audio very low and sometimes the replay videos cannot be viewed we have to unplug the device and restart it but over all im satisfied.
SD card
The device is good. As expected and battery life is perfect so far
Need to know why I can’t use the SD card. Device is asking me to format it and i did but still doesn’t work
Bad customer service in dubai
Very bad customer service and call center in dubai...from 2 months im complaining about the microphone in my 4 cameras wich is not working after the bad update they dont want to do any thing in call center if you call them they will tell you make reset or send me email with serial numbers and after one week from receiving the email they will tell you the same(make reset) very bad company in middle east...the guy who answer my call always sleepy and he don't want to do anything...
