Horrible. Does not work.
I purchased tickets for the F1 on their website several weeks ago. After payment was confirmed it asked me to download this app and log in to ahve access to the my account/tickets. After I type my username and password the app goes nowhere. It does not login but neither gives me an error message. It sort of freezes on a black screen. I've been emailing and calling the customer support but till now I cannot log in nor have a clear resolution. I don't even have a proper invoice from these people confirming my payment. Terrible customer support. Zero follow-up.
I strongly suggest buying your tickets directly at F1.com or another reputable website. DO NOT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IN THIS NIGHTMARE LIKE ME!!!
