Practically scammed
I first bought f1 TV’s annual subscription. I later found out that this WASNT the correct subscription to watch race live. It hadn’t been indicated in anyway. Later on I found out that it was another subscription at 3 times the price (F1 TV pro) to simply watch races. I later bought this subscription expecting to be able to watch the upcoming GP. However, even if it let me purchase this subscription, I later found out that the subscription I had bought (F1 tv pro) wasn’t available in my region. And there was no indication of this as the app still allowed me to purchase the subscription without any warning. During this entire process I was in contact with several representatives of the F1 app as well as the F1 TV app, and the only time they had told me that the subscription wasn’t available in my region AFTER I had made the purchase for the new subscription. This is a complete scam and I now have no way to refund the PRO subscription even if I wasn’t able to use it a single time.
Amazing content
Not only it has all the historic races included, it also has amazing in depth analysis of races and technological insights every week. A must have, just subscribe to F1 inrace telemetry and you get this included.
Bad Customer Service

And maybe sometimes there is no response at all
Last season I had a membership, but it was useless because I couldn't watch qualifying or any of the races live And when I asked for a refund, they replied that they would return the money for only one month, and this is not fair
And in this season I subscribed to the PRO membership, but the same problem is that I cannot watch anything live in the United Arab Emirates. If the F1 tv application does not work in several countries, why does it allow us to subscribe to the membership and pay huge sums of money for it.

Hey there, we would love to make all our content available to fans around the world, however, some limitations are in place due to the nature of our pre-existing media rights contracts. Over time we will be looking to increase the number of countries where F1 TV is available and to provide more live video content along with races from our archive
Since the UAE is not one of our supported regions, you will not be able to watch F1 content through our app at the moment
