Unable to install mobile banking

When I first installed FAB app it was working fine but due to some issues I lost all data n reinstalled app in 13pro max, but tried over 50times to reinstall the FAB app but of no use, while registering it will take you up to swiping stage to start the banking but final stage error show that due technical maintenance not able to register revisit later, same message over 50times I got, made compliant to call center have issued references number but it’s been over many days no call back, hope someone rectify this issue and believe many others too facing same issue

FAB provides bad service for the low salaried individual

Maybe the bank provide good services for the rich, but what is sure is this bank treats low salary individuals very poorly, requesting a service from the branch or online leads always to a bad experience, process time very slow and incompetent agents (not all of them of course) but the ones i meet are definitely.
I tried complaining about the matter 3 times via email i received a text message saying they tried to contact me but i was out of reach, first time i said maybe its true but after 2nd and 3rd time i was sure they do it in purpose because as i said on the opening of this review they treat low salary individual very poorly and my profile was worth their time to hear my complaint, i tried via call center they put me on hold for more than 46 min(i have a screen shot of the call as proof) when the agent finally answered i told them i was on hold for more then 46 min they said no way we answer right away i didnt bother to argue because i know they treat low salaried individuals poorly.
This all to say FAB should work more on providing a fair service to all.

International transfer is not working properly

The app is working well except for their international transfer. I tried it for the first time last 2days ago then the process took me more than 1 day to received, if not for the multiple calls i made, then after that i tried again for the second time thinking that maybe there’s a technical issues only on their part but this time its been rejected after hours of waiting. I’m disappointed about it because of their claim that this new app is an instant transfer but i guess its not. I hope you’ll fix this thing.
