Not able to login and No support from customer care
Not able to login and No support from customer care number given in App for support. I am trying to call the Number in opening page of app and no one answering since last one month. Worst app and support, not acceptable in Financial sector. Worst ever Financial institute.
Not professional service
I’ve change my email many times and still the same msg is going to the old email! The apps is very bad in design and getting disconnected frequently! The pricing are getting jammed toward the end of the session with inaccurate data!
Poor Service & Cheep Staff
FABs securities E-trade lost most of its customers and it is about to close permanently. Main Reason is Poor customer service. No body reply calls. They input customers data including email wrong then customer will not be able to reset password. They employ Cheep Staff from Syria as brokers they are always angry and fight with customers if they reply calls.
