Good service, on time, professional dealing, and only complain I mainly is - is it necessary to call up and confirm the address when I have a monthly delivery coming from the same company - similar dates every month ? Don’t you save our addresses in your databases ? Also Even if I give an detailed explanation of the address - is it necessary for the driver to call up again and confirm. If that was so - why call two- three times? All you need to do was - ask the driver to call us and confirm the address than call once from the call centre, again by the driver until he reaches the location. Thats time-wasting.
Worst Delivery Service!!!!
I’ve been dealing with Fetchr for the past couple of days because I’ve bought some items from other Apps (Shein and Sivvi) who hand over their packages to Fetchr to deliver them.
I’ve had the worst experience with Fetchr! For my order from Shein, the delivery man took my package to the wrong location and did not call back to reschedule an appointment to deliver the package on another day and neither did he use the app to do so. Two days have passed and I’ve been wondering where my package is! When I called the customer service, the agent kept on arguing with me and telling me that I have entered the wrong location even though it is clearly shown on the app that I have the correct address in the “address” form! Besides that, the agent asked if there’s a landmark within 100 meters near my delivery location and I told him the closest landmark is about 500 meters to 1 kilometer far. There’s nothing closer than that. However, the agent insisted that there has to be a closer landmark and said that it is not possible to deliver it without having stated a landmark within 100 meters! I became so frustrared and immediately snapped at him telling bim what can I do for you if there’s no closer landmark!!!! At that point, he shut the hell up and proceeded with scheduling my delivery.
I will never ever use Fetchr for my personal deliveries! However, I am forced to deal with them as long as I keep on ordering from other Apps who rely on Fetchr... sadly
Losing items !
So I order stuff online (3items)
Only 1 of 3 was delivered! I check with the gentleman who delivered he says he doesn’t know he only has 1 item. 2 days pass still nothing. I call the shop I bought the stuff from and they say it’s been delivered. But they raise an investigation.. I call fletcher and the call center representative yells at me that all 3 items were delivered . Trying to be calm and collected I explain that it is going to be 3 separate boxes not 1 box is there a way to check with the driver or the warehouse . He finally agrees .. very emotionally consuming.. after the investigation had been carried out finally I get a call that they found the stuff .. not good fetcher.. call center reps need to believe a customer.. I don’t need to explain that I paid a lot for merchandise and how big the box should be.. if it wasn’t for the follow up I would never hear from you ! Please fix this.
