Great device & app, minor but annoying bugs

Really like the tracker, have the Luxe version, it inspires me to move more and pay attention to my health KPIs. The screen could have been slightly bigger with existing size of the device, but overall wear it as a bracelet and really like the design! Really like the Zone minutes that it tracks now, and Relax functionality, in the past had a separate app & device for it. But “Menstrual health” is just one big bug. “No internet connection” no matter what I did. Searched in forums, and it looks like Fitbit doesn’t care to fix it at all, not very appreciated attitude. But device worth buying, and no money wasted here at all!

Dysfunctional device

Just to share my personal experience about Fitbit versa lite product. Two years ago My husband bought a Fitbit versa lite device, at the beginning it did work perfectly and I was quietly impressed. But later after 6months all of the sudden I found out one day the device is dis functional and made a complete through troubleshooting chat and they help me to sort it out but it wasn’t resolving and they Fitbit company tried to look at the warranty purchase of my device and still on a warranty. They send me a replacement, the First device is totally dis functional and I made a complain again and send again a new device and it did work. After a year, the replacement device wasn’t working at all. It’s totally disconnected and the time is late and I won’t be able to fix it. I did tried to reach out the troubleshooting team but all of the choice and troubleshooting way it didn’t work. And ended up Fitbit company saying isn’t on a warranty anymore, and they’re offering a discount if I’ll purchase new device. My point here of sharing my experience isn’t about to get a new replacement or a free device. Im shouting to all customers about my horrible experience so you people think about before you decide to get Fitbit device. And to Fitbit company, please don’t release a device that is like a food with a minimum expiration date to be consume. Is a shame.

Metric and imperial system

I love a lot features as well as the new Fitbit I got. However one tiny nitpick is that I’ve never lived in the US, so I’ve always used the metric system as opposed to the imperial. If you can so kindly provide the option for people who live outside of the US to be able to view measurements within the app metric. As it does get tedious having to convert measurements all the time. Thank you and keep up the good work.
