Amazingly good service
I have recently started using their service and I tried in uae and it works perfectly well. I am getting good speeds. Morever i have inserted it into my small pocket 4g router and now I have wifi with it. 7gb for 1 year is decent and their rates are amazing and they always have some discounts going on. Now they even provide the esim which is so amazing. However i opted for physical sim as I wanted to use in my router. The best thing apart from their concept is the customer care. They are available 24 hrs on whatsapp. How amazing can that be. U send a message n reply comes back in 5 mins and u can literally chat. In shot am loving it. I haveany countries to explore n shall explore flexiroqm as well.
Ps. U can use whatsapp calling in uae using flexiroam as its considered as intl sim
Incompetent customer service support
Pray for your SIM card for working normal after sticking the flexiroam mircrochip onto your SIM card . My sim became invalid and occurred an sim error . I contacted the customer support . Not only did they not reply the message promptly but also provide absolutely no effective solutions . I have been trying to chat with them online for the whole day back and forth and they only asked to deleted the flexi app and download it again . Guess what , now the app couldn’t be even logged in ! Total incompetent and irresponsible. Worst part is that I still have left 4 GB in my balance and all they asked me to pay extra $10 to get shipped a new microchip if I want to use my remaining data !

Hi Michelle, sorry to hear that. The issue with microchips could be various reasons, it may be stuck wrongly which causes the no SIM error on your Home SIM. If your device is a dual SIM device, we would advise you to get a SIM card replacement, there's no charge for a SIM replacement.
If you are using a single SIM device, we will be happy to waive the microchip replacement for you. Please reach out to our support team for the arrangement.
Customer service is great
I had problems with setting up my personal hotspot. I am using iphone 11. I am very grateful the tech-support who handle my case is very patient and guided me through it all step by step. Even waited for me to update my ios which took a while. They didn’t leave me until the problem is solved. What I appreciate more is that you don’t get to be transferred to one department to another. Your concern is address and fixed continuously only by one department. If i was talking to one person, I do not know, but it is convenient that I didn’t need to explain again and again my problem. Nice work!👍🏻
