    Very poor service , and no one is having any solution, after booking the trip , it was cancelled by the airlines company and non of the fly Dubai neither the insurance company refund me anything , they just gave a voucher , which forced me to keep dealing with this company , and once they gave me an upgrade to business class as a complimentary and they changed the boarding pass again at the aircraft gate , it’s unprofessional and definitely I will never deal with them again .

    I was always preferred for my family , this time my family travel with FZ336 from Karachi to Dubai , I booked full flex and choose meal as Indian by believing that there will be enough for my wife and baby , as per my wife the meal was served was not just small but super small and when my wife asked the attendant to give at least fruit the attendant denied by saying that you have to pre book and we can’t give anything extra and you can’t buy anything because they don’t have buying options, may be that could be policy but as an customer service the attendant could have provided but instead they choose to deny the service , so this is what they advertise that travel by fly Dubai and get best service,ahh they should change it to fly by fly Dubai and even if you are hungry they will give nothing because you are doing crime to travel by fly Dubai ,fly Dubai management , keep up your good work , pls give all your best service to vip not the normal customer, shame on you guys , you could not provide a fruit platter to my child , so if any one wanna travel with your child or baby , pls carry your baby food with you or you are 1000% are making crime

    Im shocked at the poor service. Worst flight experience of my life and I have been to the old tiny domestic planes before, but this is much worse. Our departure had a 1.5 hour delay with us on board and no proper explanation or compensation. For our return we had upgraded to business but had to change our date last minute because my partner was hospitalized and they gave us new ticket in economy despite already paying for business upgrade and paying the penalty fee. They have no consideration for health and refuse to help. Unbelievable that such poor service is coming from a UAE based company. Save your money and time and just book with a more responsive company.

    Worest experience ever!! Today i have a flight and the flight has delayed for 2 hours while we’re sitting in the plane!!! 2 hour low oxygen!! And after one and half hour when people start to complain!! There was a flight attendant called inass was disrespectful, unprofessional and rude !! Starting to talk with people aggressively, even she told us i can kick you out of the plane!!!, even her colleague tried to make her calm down!! But she was insisting to speak unprofessionally with the people who were complaining, please take it serious!! And now we’re in the airplane for 2 hours with no any clue when we’re moving!!!!

  • Poor App Frustrating to the Max

    This app is poorly designed does not pick up the flights booked with our agent despite the EK skywards number already being added. Also, even if you have already logged in verified the log in using the OTP etc it will keep logging you out of the app. So the next time you reopen the app again you have to do the same exact procedure as initially logging in. It’s exhausting if you are doing this multiple times in a day or you are on a trip and you will need to make changes to your flight or select seat or when it’s time to check in. :( Frustrating!

    I called the staff asking how can i bend my seat, they guy replied you can’t as the emergency exit is behind you. I asked to be moved to any empty seat the staff replied the plane is full. Later i saw an empty chair and asked another staff to move me there!!! Another thing i paid 35 AED for the meal .. eventually all the passengers were served the same poor meal.. then why you are charging for this??!! On my way back i decided not to pay the 35 for the meal… the lady approached the passenger sitting in front of me and asked him” Sir did you change your Seat?” He replied no, she said “i am sorry but this seat is booked without a meal but i will get you a meal if we have extra food..” 1 minute later that passenger was served the meal. The same lady saw my face and ignored me.. the journey was for 4 hours and i have not served with even a cup of water !!that wasn’t nice at all .. i will never fly with this company again
