Very very very inconveniencing!!
My experience was very, very unfortunate, a total waste of time.
Imagine your client receiving a link of payment voluntarily and actively enter the details of their card and pays and then you a request of validation -.- No one informs you about this before hand or explains to the process they share 1 million document but not a single document that says this will take seven days or that you will be requested to submit any form of validation. And apparently an invoice is not enough. LOL!!!!!
Multiple attempts of wasting your time of course to keep your money as long as possible in their accounts, you know why? to generate interest.
Super incompetent “account” teams.
Frustrating
The app keeps crashing, and the mobile website isn’t suited for mobile screens.
