A review from a Son outside Pakistan
My family lives back in Pakistan and often my mom wants to try different things but she isn’t able to use technology to the effect we can. I always found Food Panda app to be extremely easy and convenient. All the time the riders are so nice and friendly, never ever they are rude or misbehaving. Certainly the best i would rate!
Order cancelled dont know why
I would like to share my experience on my recent order with the app. I have been using the app since and it's wonderful concept. However you need to be very best at your customer service as it's my first time to experience my order is cancelled and it cannot be refunded as were my address was invalid (due to rider's discretion) Wherein I have been using the same address and always my delivery comes and more over I always put instruction to call before delivery but he clearly he wasnt. Now, aside that I feel sorry for my family (for my cousin's bday)not to receive the delivery they have gone the hustle to get nothing and most importantly we have paid for not easy amount of money to let go of. I tried contacting the customer service as they dont have toll free number to be called from or track the rider to fix the issue on the same day. But they just keep on sending automated email that it cannot be refunded. This was trully added disappointment on my end as I cannot do anything but to feel sorry for this situation. Hopefully someone can help with regards to my concern. Thank you
Poor service
Using it in PhuketThailand I don’t get if the restaurants are busy why do they accept my order and take my money only to wait for a half an hour or even an hour for my order to be cancelled with the excuse that they are too busy at the moment to accept my order and prepare it for another reason was that the order that the restaurant is closing so after waiting for an hour from for my order to reach me the cancelled and said oh no sorry we are closing well why did you to tell me that an hour ago just refused my order since you’re closing supposedly soon just a ridiculous service with ridiculous system!!!!! I am starving, order two times in the two times my order got cancelled now waiting for my food for two hours and a half for the third one to be cancelled again! And my money still not refunded for me.
