Fordeal is a very nice website I love it , and my family and my cousins like it too, we always order things from here, but the only thing that I don’t like in this is that when I type something, it gives me more things on search than when I click search it tells me that no results are found.
But this website is one of the best websites I’ve ever seen in my life
Awful service
Dear all, I would like to warn you not to order anything via this site Fordeal. I have ordered a Charles and Keith hand bag and in the end I received a FAKE one. I have paid more than 200 AED for product that would not cost even 50 dirham. The service was just awful. First, There was problem of shipping it. I had to go through the difficulties with Fordeal customer service itself and shipping company. After 10 calls they finally delivered it to me on almost on the last day of confirmed day of arrival. If I don’t call them I don’t think I would receive it even on the confirmed day. The Fordeal customer service was just simply ignoring me while I was chatting with them through their application. I asked for manager call and no one called me at all, what a disrespect. They would just keep on answering with automatic replies. The bag that I received from them is completely different than the one I ordered. Again, people, my advise - don’t order anything from them.
Bad
I wanted to return an item because its color was nothing like the picture and its size was smaller than what was written in the description and also it was supposed to come with more items (according to the description),but I got nothing from the items that were supposed to be with it .When I contacted the company they asked me to find any shipping company and ship them their own product and I should be the one who pays the money of the shipment and then they said that when they receive the item they may or may not give me the item’s money back(they will see if it is worthy of returning or no).
As an advice , don’t install this app and don’t buy anything from them because they will make a short story long.😡
