Neighbour chat

This more than a week I can't see any chats in the game there are people in the group but I can't see there chat and my request are not been filled by them bcoz they can't see my request and also at the task game I usually could get 20+ games but now I can hat only 7-9 task only bcoz of the group doesn't work plz check or let me know how should I fix it thanks
