I paid through the Galadari mobile app to renew my learner’s permit. But while booking class they asked me to pay again for the renewal, 4 times more the original money that i already paid. I went to claim refund at the Galadari al quoz main office and spoke to Hamza in room 7 and his supervisor, Ms Hassa with long waiting time and nobody was able to help me. They kept saying the same thing over and over again. I paid through their mobile app that was linked to my profile specific to renewing my learning permit, but they kept saying that i had to call the customer service again after making payment in their company app. To be noted, it is not a 3rd party company payment link, it is their company mobile app which does not get updated in their internal system. NO COMMUNICATION WAS PROVIDED TO ME AT ALL to call again after making the payment in their mobile app, for the specific reason of learner’s permit renewal. It is a terrible and incompetent service. The broken process is not fixed and this is how they say ‘it is what it is and is our company process’. And customers like us, not only wastes alot of money but a lot of time, effort and energy. Extremely disappointed. Definitely would not recommend Galadari to my friends and family.

I have been a very terrible experience with Galadari Driving school they don’t want you to pass the exam and get the license , you will get 1 chance to go for any RTA test after a month or 3 weeks it’s horrible they don’t want you to pass they keep on saying they don’t have slot and lot of regions and the examiners always yell at you in road test before starting the car so that you get fail and which mistake you haven’t done they will put that , even for life time people they make exceptions like after failing 10 to 12 time they make them cheat and pass so they will keep you failing till ta they want how good are you in driving they don’t see . When you ask the Galadari head she will simply say it’s not on her hand and they can’t do anything about RTA exam , and they can add whatever they can add if u do 1 minor mistake then also they can put all major mistakes as well , if u challenge them they will fail you and make your life miserable. In other words don’t go there if you want license .They are doing business they keep failing you so you never get license and they can get more money out of your pocket.

I had a very negative experience from the very start. Took ages to receive access to e-learning - no one could properly explain what’s going on and send the access. Finally when I got access to e-learning, the quizzes there do not work (images aren’t being displayed when the questions are about what’s represented in the image). I reported the problem and was promised to get a call back in 24h. Of course, no one called me. I had to call and send WhatsApp messages to support every day (wasted a lot of time, money on calls and recourses). Every day I was promised that someone would call me back and of course, guess what 🤣 never happened. No one offered any solution or tried to solve the problem.

Don’t 👏 register 👏 with them. Worst worst worst customer service on earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They chase you you for registration and after you’ve registered, they are going to desert you, you can schedule anything with them on time. Whenever they are being nice to you pre-registration, know that it won’t last. Horrible work ethics. Their front desk people were watching a video when I went in to ask them something, she pointed with a frown and even before I left, they were back in their phones watch and laughing. Wow. Don’t get fooled. I’ve not even been able to get help scheduling my theory test, I am done with them. I am losing 1050 but I don’t care, I chose not to get this treatment . Horrible horrible horrible.
