Swift customer care

On our way to the Vatican with our 3 kids our car broke down, so we tried to refund our tickets knowing we would not make the tour. However we were met with multiple hung up calls from someone at their call center. After leaving a reviews about this, GetYourGuide reached out and offered us a full refund after showing proof that our car broke down. Although we missed the tour, customer service made it up and even offered us a discount for our next trip. (Thank you Mauro!) We’re impressed with how they handled the situation and will not hesitate to book again.

Refund

I was a very happy customer until today and booked several trips!!! Unfortunately I had to make a last minute cancellation just a couple of hours before the trip for something that wasn’t in my control. I had a very- very short stay at my destination due to flight delay and work related last minute issues. I’ve tried to explain to GetYourGuide on the chat, I’ve asked at least for a partial refund or credit for future bookings but I was told it’s too late to cancel. It’s sad and unfortunate how easily you can loose a customer. As we all do, I also worked hard for the amount I paid for this trip (that’s wasn’t cheap at all for a couple of hours walking tour)!!! Besides that I would have appreciated if your customer service representative could’ve informed the local tour company about the cancellation. Even tho I emailed them and sent WhatsApp they completely ignored my messages so the hotel receptionist was waking me up that my pick up is waiting outside. I completely understand your policy but you should give some exemption from time to time especially when you see it’s not the first trip a person booked from you.

Kazbegi Trip

Would definitely like to thank Gigi, our tour guide who was amazingly exceptional and with loads of energy. He kept us engaged all the time and had abundance information about every place. Felt very safe behind the wheels with Mr. Gotcha. Well everything went well and was so neatly organised. I am happy that I choose to go with a professional organisation in every sense. My trip to Kazbegi with you guys was nothing short of a wonderful experience and with lots of memories. I would definitely recommend you guys to all my friends who are visiting Tbilisi. Thanks a lot for all your efforts.
