bugs in the wonderpass top-up
i love this app, it really helped alot. i just have a problem. when i try to scan my card, it automatically makes me scan the card with my camera, this it says “unable to find required media.” when i try to enter the card number manually, it automatically makes me scan my card. every. single. time. so it doesnt allow me to write my card number. please fix this, thank you!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and brining this to our attention. We have identified the issue of scanning that you've faced and will soon be updating the app with the fix. However, we kindly request to share screen recording of where you were not able to manually enter card number on info@globalvillage.ae as we would like to investigate this further in our tests. Purchased a ticket but didn’t show in the app lots of bugs, recommend to use the online link instead.
