Dissappointing

App is always undergoing maintenance that I am barely able to use it. Kind of a shame as I find registering with the globe mobile promos easier in the app but it barely operates in a smooth manner.

Please do understand that updates are need for the improvement of the app. If we need to fix a bug or add a new feature, updates are necessary. Thank you!

DOWNLOAD. APP DEDUCTS ON BANK BUT NO LOAD ON MOBILE

This app is very disappointing and unfair. a disgrace to globe reputation. loading prepaid using this app only deducts on credit card but load does not reflect on system. since thia is the only option i can think of to buy prepaid load i kept using this. i have lost nearly 2000Php of load. note that the behavior is not inconsistent but consistently failing. with so many developers and sw companies, why did Globe released this?! this needs to be notified to public and authorities. this should not be allowed for release. hopefully apple can block this as fraud and malicious. DONOT DOWNLOAD both old and new Globe One Apps
