Not working on IOS devices


I just signed up for Wavo. It works on my Samsung Smart TV, however it doesn’t work on any IOS devices? App is Downloaded and updated, it starts but remains on the main intro site showing flashing graphics only, no menu options available. I do not want to pay for the service if it doesn’t work.

Hi, Problem solved. Our app is working on all iOS devices. Just delete the app and re-install it / update to the latest version. Make sure also you have a data connection (4G or WiFi). For any other issues, you can always reach out to feedback@wavo.com and we will support you.

Functionality of TV app is poor

Two main features that are lacking and are must to have pleasant experience: Episodes are not in sequential order and you don’t know if you will watch 1st episode or last episode first. Second, you can’t start from where you left watching once app is closed. And last but not least, sometimes you find completely different content then what you see on cover page of episode. These features are mandatory to start any such subscription and it is not something WAVO has invented for the first time that updates will come later on. Obviously, guys should know what competition is offering and come out with improved features rather than taking us past few years back, and that too in when you are operating and offering a technology service. That’s shows depth of technical understanding of guys working for WAVO.

Needs lot of work on TV

The app works perfectly on the phone, except that when you’re watching a serie, it doesn’t automatically start the next episode.
On TV, when watching series, episodes are not organized in order, and you might end-up watching the last episode first, then other episodes.
I had to check the order in which episodes are on the phone, then manually pick them on the phone.
If you’re used to the ease at which stuff runs at Netflix, it’s a bit uneasy.
The app doesn’t keep a record of what you were watching to suggest that you continue watching where you left.

We are glad to inform you that there is a new release for TV apps that fixes most of these issues! Order of episodes is now aligned and "continue watching" is featured.
