Worst service and fraud company and no responsibility towards customer needs
The customer service is ridiculous. I wanted to postpone my travel as I couldn’t travel on the booked date, they can’t even give proper answer when I ask what charges I have to pay if I postpone and they took 65 minutes of my valuable time in 3 callings. Finally I lost my ticket worth 15,000 rupees. I told them I’m calling my Dubai, 1st lady disconnected my call purposely without any proper information after wasting my time for 17 minutes. 2nd one says she will check and calculate the price difference and holding call for long time and did nothing, When I ask them to transfer my call to supervisor she says, okay and the call goes to mute and no sound. She wasted my 45 minutes time, 3rd guy says, he can’t transfer my call to supervisor and said he will check and arrange a call back. One guy called when I’m driving and I requested him to call after 10 minutes and he talks nonsense and later didn’t called me and I lost the ticket now. Public is foolish to book the tickets through this app. Please don’t install this app and waste ur time. I’m going to take action on these people.
Disgusting Experience
Really dissappoint with the approach of GOIBIBO. I was waiting at the open area with small kids and family for more than 1 hour for your confirmation. My india num wasn’t work due to roaming restrictions. Although I tried to contact your costomer service. They did not solve my issue after long wait and just disconnected the call without any prior notice. Second call I have briefly explained everything to your rep and I refused to hold my call as I was afraid that he might cut my call. Then Your rep had spoke to the hotel receptionist in my phone and the issue resolved after long wait. Finally Checked in at the hotel at 12:36 am. All of us were tired after long journey and my kids were crying. goibibo Never consider my time and efforts or apologise for their faults nor compensate for my bad experience. As regular customer I have recommended goibibo to my friends and colleagues. But now I regret for that.
