Backwards process leading to endless loop of frustration

I created my Gojek account using a then current employer provided mobile number. 4 yrs ago. I no longer have or even remember that number. Meaning I am unable to log in to or use the app in anyway. Help functions push me through an endless loop each time resulting in being asked for the mobile number. I can’t create a new account because my email address is attached to the existing account/old mobile. Help function goes around in circles. Help desk pushes me from Singapore (where I contacted them after digging through their website to find a human contact), tells me it’s a vietnam issue (I live in vietnam), then an Indonesia Gojek issue (because that’s where I want to use the app).

Avoid. This company cares little about its customer. Plenty of alternatives.

Cancelation

My experience using gojek, so many times driver always asking me to cancel the booking, they are always making excuses, with the reason they far can't reach me,even in the map just showing 3 minutes to reach me, why they are not the one cancel my booking so I can book other gojek or grab. Look like I am the one not professional using your services,
Suggestions don't take the booking if u feel not ready to take customer.
