Very bad experience
I went to return / exchange one item i ordered by mistake so I tried to reach customer service and call center but they are insisting to contact them through what’s app then after a waiting for long time they refuse to return or exchange the items because I don’t have the shipment carton box and the bill, even i told them i buy by my card via application but simply they rejected my request.
Totally disappointed.
