I had a truly impressive experience shopping at Grandiose Supermarket and would confidently give it 5 stars! From the moment I walked in, the store felt bright, clean, and welcoming. The fruits and vegetables are incredibly fresh, and I love that they often have seasonal, organic, and locally sourced options available. Everything looks like it came straight from a farm — crisp, colorful, and full of flavor.Their ready-made meals are also fantastic. I always buy my grocery In Grandiose Dubai mall and JVC. Today for the first time I ordered and it was horrible experience…. How come such a good grocery have this kind of service!!!! In order it was mentioned approx 45min…. After 1.10 min I called to check what’s happened with order and get reply sorry it’s delayed after 20 min you will receive it (already 1.30 hour since I ordered). After 30 min lady called and asked how I want fish to be cleaned (it was seabream) and told me in 20 min they will deliver. After another 5 min same lady called and said we don’t have brown eggs only white - it was already more then 2 hours since I ordered, I said just cancel my order, because it’s unacceptable service and she answer sorry for inconvenience and close the phone!!!!! That’s it!!! Well, I understand that order can be delayed or busy hours - then mentioned that it will take 2 hours for delivery not 45!!!! And if I will not call - no one care. It’s soooo bad - I never face like this issues before with any other groceries! Unacceptable and so unprofessional staff and services. I will never order again and will not recommend anyone - I don’t think after this I can even buy from your stores - very bad service!

New Review with 1 Star: Can’t stress enough how disappointed I am specially after they removed the amazing Philippina ladies who are smart and managing the place perfect without any issues or food safety concerns. After they removed them and brought some men and the service is nose dive down from all aspects, zero respect to customers, hanging up the phone while you are asking them about products, sending spoiled mishandled food items that’s so risky health and safety wise. I noticed those new staff work like Tom and Jerry style when cleaning the carpet. Instead of acknowledging the cleaning the dust and dirt they will just sweep it under the carpet thinking no one saw and no one will complain and this behaviour is very common among those people. Many times the requests on the app is not respected when you order custom made food with requesting to remove certain ingredients like pickles or tomato or onions. And it comes with all these things you told them not to add. And so many more bad experiences. But this is the price any company pay when they want to cost cut and hire low quality people to manage a place.Older review with 5 stars:❤️ 🛒 I cannot thank them enough for the AMAZING service, very POLITE staff, and maintaining a great hygiene and manners standards. Formal Complaint Regarding Order Cancellation, False Fraud Allegation and Unprofessional Conduct

I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent online order placed with Grandiose Supermarket.The order was successfully completed and delivery was scheduled between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Subsequently, I received a call from the company informing me that the order would be cancelled due to stock unavailability.When I contacted customer care for clarification, I was treated in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner by a staff member identified as Sufyan. During the conversation, I was informed that my order had been flagged as “fraud”. This is a serious and damaging accusation. No explanation or evidence was provided to support this claim.I strongly deny this allegation. I am a genuine customer who used a valid promotional offer while placing my order. Making such accusations without proof is harmful to my reputation and constitutes unfair treatment of a consumer.Additionally, cancelling a confirmed order after scheduling delivery caused significant inconvenience and distress.I respectfully request a formal investigation into this matter, including a review of call recordings, appropriate action regarding the staff conduct, a written apology, and suitable compensation for the inconvenience and reputational harm caused.I trust this matter will be handled promptly and in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.
