SUBSCRIPTION
If you decide to subscribe you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel at any time from the Settings screen in the app. If you cancel 24 hours before an introductory trial is over then you will not be charged. If you cancel during the month period for which you've already paid (up to 24 hours before the next period starts), your subscription will continue until the end of that period. Subscriptions can be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

150 new exercises you can do at home. Many of these exercises are unique to Gym Plan and they pack a punch! These will feature in the new plans as well as imminent home and limited equipment plans.

1. Dumbbell Home Toned: A ladies plan to help build lean muscle with dumbbells only.
2. Total Body Resistance Bands: New exercises! This plan is excellent for gym goers who need to stay at home and continue to tone.

WORKOUTS

- Improved rest timer design with voice alerts and reminders (useful if you like to browse social media during your rest between sets).
- A new option to choose rest times that match your goals (tap the 3 dots at the bottom of the workout screen).
- New animations when completing sets.
- Improved slide out menu for changing exercises, viewing history and logging weights (tap the 3 dots to open).
- Moved the 'Finish now' button from the bottom of the screen to the top right. This gives you more screen space for your workouts.
- New workout summary bar shown at the bottom of your workout. You can now easily share and mark workouts as favourites.
- New 'Workout Complete' button that animates into view upon completing a workout.
- Automatic collapse of completed stages of your workouts to make it easier to see what's remaining and your progress (tap the arrow to expand it back to full view).
- It's now easier to tap the green set tracking ticks. You can tap anywhere on the ticks to mark the next set complete in the correct order.
- Tap on the green set tracking ticks to show a red delete button. Tap this to uncheck a set as completed and delete any weight logs associated to it.

LOGGING

- All the exercises on a single screen, so it's easier use and no more swiping!
- Copy your log to all the sets or rounds so you'll have less to write.
- Fix the bug where you were being asked to log reps on cardio machines.
- Tap the 3 dots to view your previous weight history for that exercise.
- New design for AMRAP logging screen.

CHANGING EXERCISES

- New cleaner design
- Tap the 3 dots to view your previous weight history for that exercise.
- Use the switch option at the bottom to enable changes permanently.

Best workout app

Finally I found the app which works best for me.
I am self trained beginner, as a working mom of two I am very tight with my timings, can only use the small gym in my building or home work outs. No chance to have a personal instructor. I have tried so many different apps including the most highly rated, all of the top 10-20 most popular or famous and was not convinced with any or they would be just unreasonably over priced.
Gym plan is simply the best app for me, exactly what I was looking for to built my work out routine the way I believe was the most efficient way after reading and trying to learn more about fitness from different articles.
Yes it might be not the most glamorous coverage or you might not find sexy toned ladies on their videos but it’s just more close to reality team of humble professionals.
All the workouts are vary from each other if you don’t like to have repetitive sessions.
Your coach or you can plan your schedule for weeks ahead.
And you can always seek for help from the coach from online chat.
Highly recommend and decent pricing on top of that - 100% worth it.

Some Buttons are not working

When i try to add a plan it asks fat loses or muscles building and there’s a continue button is not working. When i add a new plan it asks that will replace the current plan and i press the button and nothing happens.
