Overview

I am living in UAE and using Mashreq account there, I want to get messages on my Dubai number and Pakistan numbers, I visited branch they said go to parent branch how can someone take ticket from somewhere and go to parent branch just to ask please add my email ID update my home address and number and what not. I use to be a news anchor in Samaa Tv and established my salary saving account back in Jan 2013. Please facilitate me else I ll withdraw all my money and will switch myself to some better option thanks Rameez Ahmed Journalist/ Tech Executive

OTP

Fantastic but one thing is bit hectic.. OTP is a mixed number consisting both numeric and alphabets with case sensitive. Given time to validate the otp is only 60 seconds that is really less enough because, otp takes at least 30 seconds to be received pn mail. Then, Validating otp In the remaining thirty seconds by keeping an eye on case sensitive alphabets is really difficult .

Horrible app

Need to try to do everything multiple times, since the first few tries always leads to “could not process your request”. HBLs amazing UX designer placed the resend pin and forgot password options as large buttons next to the input field, so you end up tapping those instead of the next button which is always hidden by the keyboard. Updating any info for a beneficiary always leads to a “beneficiary already exists alert”, which is ridiculous because we know the beneficiary exists, which is why we’re trying to update their info, not add a new one.

HBL, please re-evaluate your personnel, otherwise all of us will rejoice when the many upcoming Neo-banks eat your lunch and put you dinosaurs out of a job.
