Too cluttered

The app still remains to be too cluttered. It needs to be simplified- too much on the face to read, pop ups, busy screen, etc. No point boasting of how much the app can offer, but how can we navigate and do the most required transactions easily. Try doing a own account trf - has no idea how to do. Also, try to make a new standing orders - just does not offer. These are simple transactions. Pls cut the clutter.

Worst Banking App

Even after the new update, it remains the worst banking app I have used ever. Now I cannot login using just id password and I am asked to register device first. I do that and app works good but very next day I open the app again and it says I am deregistered already so must register again. It happened 4 times already. Dear HDFC, if you can’t make a good app, please don’t make one.

Update on 25-Dec: Still same login issue. Registered my device for app uses 3-4 times but still when I open this, it says device deregistered!! I send another screenshot to you grievance email id. Can you not remove this new app and bring the old one until you fix the device registration problems? At least old one was working.

Update on 2-Feb: Last week I registered/linked my device for 8th time and it worked totally fine but when I opened it today, it asks for device registration again.
Finally I have decided to delete the app. I would rather use web portal than wasting my time to register the device again and again.

Finest App from Indian banking system!!!

Have been banking with HDFC from last 15 years. It is one of the best bank to have worked with. The customer service is excellent. HDFC will never disappoint you with their answers to your queries. The app itself has been over simplified in the best interest of the customer. I love to complete my transactions on this app. Very easy, very convenient. The beat part about Hdfc is that they don’t annoy you with constant messages & emails.
