An essential app for wellbeing

Headspace is an essential app for me. Daily meditation practice has improved my mental health and well-being immensely. The app has a huge range of meditations, guidance, exercise courses and focus music options with something for every user. The ever-expanding bank of courses abs the expanded line-up of teachers continues to provide insight, knowledge and variety. The daily meditations and The Wake Up provide inspiration, insight, education and connection to a global community of meditators and Headspace users. Free options for a range of professions/occupations (students, front line medical professionals, teachers, albeit with some geographical restrictions) is proof positive of Headspace’s commitment to living out its mission. Being kind to your mind has never been easier, impactful or indeed necessary. Get some headspace today 😁

Amazing companion to my meditation journey.

I’ve been using Headspace for a year now, and I must say that it has definitely taught me a radically different perspective in life, mind, and emotions that continues to shape my daily interactions with myself and others for the better. Mindfulness and meditation isn’t here just to make your lives physically better (although it certainly can), but it’s also here to teach us a very nice and new way to look at things, and thanks to this app and the Headspace team, I have begun such a transformation in my life and look forward to continuing it as each day unfolds.

Not the most perfect app for Mindfulness, Meditation, and Buddhist teachings for sure, but it’s one of the best to help you get started on the journey.
