The Hik-connect app is designed to work with Hikvision series DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras which support Cloud P2P function. It allows you to live view your cameras remotely. All you need to do is creating an account and adding device into the account, then you can enjoy the real-time video from cameras on a global scale. It also allows you to play back recorded video to search every milestone of your life. When motion detection alarm of your device triggered, you can get an instant message notification from Hik-connect app.

Since yesterday when the program was updated, a problem appeared, the program does not work properly, as there is difficulty in entering, every time it requires me to delete the program and log in again, and after a few minutes of its work, the problem of logging in continues. Please solve the problem very urgently.
Small issue
Am using Hikvision since 2014 and it’s been amazing experience, but the app has a small issue. when the phone is on Arabic language the PTZ Control doesn’t work, it says فشلت العملية (operations failed), but in English language it works perfect,
Why don’t you add option in the app to chose preferred language instead of automatically chosen based on the phone language.

Sudden stop
Recently few weeks the application will suddenly stop and go out from the application by it self please Hik you need to fix this immediately as its really annoying while we are in the middle of watching and its stopped.
