Hong Kong China Rugby is now issuing all HKCR match tickets via the HKCR Ticketing App.
As well as being an integral part of HKCR’s drive for improved sustainability, access and security, moving to a paperless ticketing system is part of our digital transformation journey to improve the supporter experience on matchdays. There is no need to print tickets or wait for tickets to arrive by post, as our tickets are delivered instantly into your HKCR Ticketing App.

You can use the app to transfer tickets you have bought for friends to their HKCR Ticketing App.
Here’s how it works:
Download the App
Once you have purchased your ticket(s), you and all your guests will need to download the HKCR Ticketing App.
Register with the App
The first time you use the App, you will need to register. This must mirror the registration details used when purchasing your tickets (Forename, Surname, Mobile Number) for you to be recognised and for tickets to be delivered to the app.
Find your tickets
When Hong Kong China Rugby release the match tickets you will find your tickets in the ‘My Tickets’ section of the App. To help keep your tickets safe and secure, the QR code for each ticket will only appear around 48 hours before gates open.
Make sure your mobile is charged on the day!
On arrival at the turnstiles on the day, have your ticket ready to scan with the QR code face up and make your way through the turnstile.
One ticket per device
Apart from children or dependents, it’s one ticket per device. Therefore, everyone for whom you’ve bought tickets must also download the App so you can transfer their tickets to their devices.
