I am trying to download the reports from records tab, after pressing download button,the file is opening but with no option to save the file on my device or share it

Hello, I am trying to open the application but it is not opening. The screen is blue with the logo only. May you please take a moment to check what is wrong. Overall, this app is amazing but not really functional for me. Thank you
