I would like to thank all home center staff, they are very professional, friendly and helpful. We order sofa set from Mirdif branch and unfortunately the sofa was bigger than the building elevator, the delivery guys were very professional and they called their supervisor to send more people to help, they said we will bring more people total of 7, and we will use the stairs for 20 floors. then they tried and they said the sofa will be damaged if we will use the stairs as the stairs also very small.
after that we received a call from the supervisor to apologize and let us choose either to continue with the stairs and we have to take the responsibility for that or return the set. we choose to return it and get a refund. they were very fast with taking the action and refund our money.

They are working to build a long term customer relations not only to sell and get money. for sure i will choose another sofa set from their store and i will always deal with them.

Their employees are the worst. They lied and treated us very bad and nobody did anything about it. I had ordered a sofa online and when it was day for it to reach, the 3 men were like we cannot put it inside the building unless you pay each of us extra 150dhs, when the delivery and placement is supposed to be for free! We said why, we cant pay that amount they were like ok we will leave with the couch then. And they left. What kind of treatment is this? I have to bribe them to place the couch in my apartment? They are supposed to place it there it even says so in the application and in alll other furniture stores.

I am so disappointed with home center, I processed a return 1 month ago and till now they have not refunded the amount.. I am tired sending messages all I hear is someone will call back but haven’t received any call in a months time.. I will do police complain against them not for money but for the amount of time wasted, their team should be fired highly incompetent
