Excellent application
I have used this application for long time and it’s easy and practical and make life trip vey easy and comfortable by booking the hotels via this application.
Try it and you will love and make your traveling very easy and exciting .
New update is bad
The new update has ruined the application. The currency is fixed on USA dollars and can’t be changed to a different currency as before (example AED). The viewing page for upcoming bookings is not user friendly and can be confusing, even while view the booking details. It is not easy to change or cancel a booking, while before this process could have been done in one click.
Please don’t update the application for just the sake of updating. So please bring the previous version back as it is much better. And only release a new update when confirming the new update is a better version and adding value to the customer.

We're sorry you had issues canceling your booking – that’s incredibly frustrating. Our team has worked hard to fix this; please update to the latest version of the app. Then from the homepage, click on the “Trips” icon in the bottom navigation, click on your trip, and your booking, and then hit “cancel booking”.
Hotel price higher than others and cant use the vip offers

Kindly note that the prices almost higher than others rarely to find less as i am old member and the second problem is i cant use the vip gold benefits as is it written if there is availability always they are telling me (front desk hotels) even they have they are saying it’s written (if there is ) all Hotels using this part and Iam not getting any thing hope this words to be changed .
