Amazing app
I knew I was buying a 3in1 printer scanner with iPrint support. But this accompanying app added a whole bunch of features ! I’m wondering why sales don’t use them to up sell!
Of all its features, I love the files/cloud service direct integration the most useful
And another thing, it has a camera scanner that is much much better than even paid scanner apps... and it works fine can if you don’t have a printer ;)
Complicated process
My HP Desk-jet 3835 always had communication problems with different devise like Apple Laptop, I-Phone and tablet.
I had to shut down and restart the net work connection almost every week, you older printers were simpler and much easier to use, I may trough it in the dustbin and replace it with a cheaper one and get away with the stress that your printer cause.
This is my first time complaining about your product.

I’ll give it 4.5/5
The only time I’ve felt frustrated with this app was when changing the email address of the Printer, I wish HP made it easier… Other than that, This is a very nice app, I also wish HP updates the UI soon… I normally get frustrated with printers because they’re usually so slow to print stuff, I can say with this app, it has alleviated most problems…
