Always joyous while using HSBC Entertainer App

Its been a great experience to be a customer of HSBC bank since 2019. In my whole 22 years of experience in UAE, the customer services & the over all Banking experience is great with HSBC. The Entertainer App is be amazing especially when when it comes to a fast food on the wheel then i love to use this app for discounts deals.. Over all recommended experience to be a part of HSBC customers-ship .

Worst App around in terms of support

Though the user interface of the app is questionable it works most of the time . Though on the peak days it starts crashing . In terms of live chat even a toddler could have done averted interface . The chat keeps on disconnecting the chat response time from the agents in pathetic sometimes ranging to 40-50 minutes . They will always try to pass on the blame to the merchant though the reality is they have collected the money and they are equally responsible like zomato or Deliveroo in case the merchant does not fulfill the order . Horrible experience was on chat with entertainer team for almost 3 hours . It got disconnected 4 times. Repeated the issue to all agents and whether it was deliberate or what whenever they had to give me response the chat conveniently disconnects.

To sum it up pathetic customer support will not use their delivery option anymore just lost 60 AED as the partner restaurant did not deliver and entertainer expects me to follow up with pepper-mill restaurant which as restaurant staff is changing management .

Pros and cons

Very happy about the offer since it is available at most of my favorite restaurants but some times the staff tries to include the cheaper item in the bill other than the main course. This happened twice and once at mama Italia. And in one of the restaurants like urban seafood they only had the offer on selected main course which I thought was not fair. But at Asia Asia they gave me the offer on their best of best so glad!!
