By far the best trading platform available
I have been trading for 40 years now and IKBR is by far the most comprehensive en efficient trading and portfolio management available on the market today. I even cancelled my Bloomberg subscription that I had continuously since 1986
Useless app and company
This is the worst experience ever i had from this app and company, I transferred a trial amount of 2400$ to start trading when the stock was 126 $ knowing that International transfer will take by far 4 business day after following the instructions by giving them a deposit note “that I already did” but No one cares that much they receive my amount and so far isnt yet in my account to start trading, since 16th of Jan. Calls been made waiting 30 minutes to be transferred to the wrong department that will transfer me again to another one meanwhile i was charged By international call rates, I raised a ticket that was promised will be 4 business day and no respond so far. They are such a scam ! Do t risk your money guys ETrade is much better as an option
rejected my account opening
rejected my account opening application after submitting many documents with unknown reason, I was lucky not to transfer any amount to them despite many encouraging emails they sent to me to push me to transfer funds so they can priorities my application. after one week only they completed application review and send me regret message. Be careful not to transfer any amount until your application is approved. waste of time indeed. the desktop application not good and slow down your PC. mobile app is fine but all market data is delayed so I prefer to use other app.
