HOW IT WORKS
Storytel is available in 25+ countries, including both local and international story treasures in different languages. A subscription gives you access to our ever-growing library of audiobooks, ebooks, and other stories.
In-app subscriptions will be charged via your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless auto renewal is turned off in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before your subscription period runs out.
When a free trial is offered, we will ask you to add a payment method when starting the trial. But don't worry – if you cancel before the last day of the trial you won't be charged.

Customer service is not good
I can’t use my account there’s system problem I contacted customer service 3 days back and problem still there no contact number
I paid for 12 month membership and can’t use my account I’m so upset
Great library but so full of bugs
Guys, considering users have to pay for subscription, it’d be nice if you invested in improving Storytel performance. I’ve constantly had problems with subscription throughout my experience with it. My subscription is active and it shows that in the iPhone settings, yet the app doesn’t allow me to listen to any books and suggests to subscribe. On top of that, now the home page is not loading. Then, if I want to see help center, I can’t cause it’s only in Arabic. What am I paying for if I can’t use it?
Cancelled my subscriptions based on a language i want to listen to my books in!
This is absurd and pathetic. My subscription is cancelled based on my language preference which is Russian, even though i dont live in Russia for 20 years and paying for the subscription obviously with not a russian card. You know guys, there is a pain in this world and there are popular decisions the companies make, i understand that. But generalizing all the people of the same nation and depriving them from BOOKS- this is something you will be dealing with yourself on a personal level.
