IHTIMAM is a state-of-the-art technology platform that aligns with HSE strategic direction and business value. The system transforms IHTIMAM processes by using data and digital technologies that are more effective for identifying flaws, unmonitored activities, and trends in unsafe behaviours. IHTIMAM observation cards are accessible for both PDO staff and its contractors via an advanced digital platform. The system allows tracking of corrective and preventative actions and provides powerful analytics and dashboards that highlight observation impact. It utilises proven Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques and capabilities, which form the core part of the system.
