Such a worst App. The design is doesn’t fit on mobile version. Even though the App horizontally scrolling on my phone and fields alignments are cropped. I just wondering how many peoples are using it even they couldn’t fix it! Kindly fix the all issue such as when a registered user login to dashboard there is nothing! I couldn’t imagine how they released the app. But when I’m trying to login with OTP it’s ok dashboard showing all the details

I just download the app because can’t log in through website either mobile and desktop. Same as in mobile app. Poor network. If we pay amount in late ll need to pay fine but the they don’t won’t to fixed this problem. Even this insurance is useless. Companies force to staff resign not termination in other hand government saying we protect you. Funny things.. please fixed this issue as soon as. I saw so many people giving negative comments you need to be shame on this

Got late with the payments because of not being able to process it both on mobile app and website. Keeps giving an error, mostly Java lang null pointer exception. Tried calling their hotline but just keep ringing, can’t get through to a live rep. Tried sending an email twice attaching the screenshots of the errors asking them if there’s another way to make the payment but no response til now. And yet I keep receiving a reminder to make the payment. Such a horrible service!!!

Ive been trying to register from morning 9am till 11 pm and app and website are not working at all. Not a very good experience and a total waste of my time. It has long white screen, u keep receiving otp number but not proceeding at all. If u managed to proceed to the next window, the attachment button wont work and again will take you u to a white screen. If i get a fine, i will blame the app or its website since both are not working.

Whoever made this have not considered load times and how annoying it would even see the next screen and same goes for the website.

Sometimes it feels like you want us not register so that we pay the fines after frustrated from the user experience please fix this load times and payment options is not working at all in the website.

The ILOE app is really disappointing. It doesn’t send notifications, so I miss payment due dates and end up with fines, even though I check it often. Logging in is a hassle, taking multiple tries and a long time to load. This app is supposed to help, but it just makes things more difficult.

The application crashed twice on me causing me to start over each time i reopened it.
Nationality country selection list isn’t sorted alphabetically , which makes it hard to find.

There is no “upload” button as described by instructions

I am outside if UAE and have a stable internet connection. The app doesn’t work. It’s just a blank white page. Their website payment page do not open as well. It’s very frustrating and annoying. How do they expect people to settle payments if their website payment page or the app do not work outside UAE??

Not sure how country like UAE. They give unprofessional people to handle like this important thing. Their support just a boring after 4-6 days also they are not replying. Even if you call their support number they can not pickup call after 10-15 mins too. Their number also not a toll free i lose my money to call them. Bashhh

There are complaints from may and you haven’t fixed the same problem until now December you want us to go paperless but your apps are very very bad I have tried to pay my Monthly like 10 times the app is not working and so is the website what do you want us to do now if you can’t fix this ?😡😡
