My full day was wast i was waiting for the replacement car but no one showed up even i did multiple calls. Only update I received some will call you in next 10 minutes.
suggestion: please don’t give commitment if can not be full filled.

Breakdown in SZR, help line doesn't answer, ask to download this app that doesn't work, well done, when we need you you not there, try other type of services that doesn't require urgency
Buggy Interface
You can’t even add a vehicle to your profile if it’s not in the top of the list as the scroll down functionality doesn’t work. So I can’t use the app to ask for services
