Extremely Confusing UI

How will i know what is username if the app does not have any option to input username. Further i also cannot extract it from the app

Non professional service

My full day was wast i was waiting for the replacement car but no one showed up even i did multiple calls. Only update I received some will call you in next 10 minutes.
suggestion: please don’t give commitment if can not be full filled.

Buggy Interface

You can’t even add a vehicle to your profile if it’s not in the top of the list as the scroll down functionality doesn’t work. So I can’t use the app to ask for services
