Application not working
The app not working properly only still updated pattern lock only . Not updated to face open. Always hanging while usage time need to improve more
Not fully compatible with IPhone
I started using the app on 6th February 2024. I’m facing problem while trying to tap on “Change user” tab is not fully visible outside the notch of the iPhone. If the name of the account holder is long then the “Change user” tab protrudes out from the notch but when the account holder name is short, then the “Change user” tab remains in the notch.
Hope that the bank will look into this matter on an urgent basis and solve this issue. Now that the user I selected in the app is of a shorter length, I cannot switch to the other user.
If a provision is provided to share the screenshot, I shall attach the screenshot also for the app developers to understand easily.
Grievance
This app does not meet my expectations. It hangs, it refuses to open at times, I am unable to make simple mpays to electricity boards etc.
