Why the customers can’t activate the mobile banking with UAE mobile number, when you have any update then you will be locked!!! How we can make the transfer? Please do something no response from the developer it’s very sad we are sending emails no response
Majority of review concern about the NRI mobile issue if there is no positive response for this then we have to switch to other banks
UAE Mobile Number unable to input
Hello,
Being a NRI I cannot input UAE Mobile Number as it’s more than 10 digit (a constraint defined) on Login page! Pls look into this and remove this validation on the login screen as it allows only Indian Mobile number up to 10 digits to be entered.
Request to please allow your NRI customers to use Mobile App as well! Thanks, Sunil
