Ratings and Reviews
Money get deducted and no tickets booking
Whenever I book a ticket through cleartrip from ixigo money gets deducted from my account however no ticket is booked. I faced this error more than 10 times. Please check or rectify this in your system. Other than that you have cheapest fares always.
Ticket Booking
I would like to prefer “ixigo” app for ticket booking coz I visit Goa & Dubai recently via Flights, trains & buses as well and I feel comfort to use ixigo app for booking tickets & price wise less compared to any other booking app coz before book my tickets I checked all other services.
Infant ticket name correction
I book 3 tickets including infant but there is an issue with infant name(name is not full in airlines record).I reported this issue to ixigo team 8days before till now I didn’t get the solution, this is the mail am getting every day We understand that this is taking a longer time than expected, however, we would request you to please note that this is still under validation. (August 24th is my travel date).
