Jason Vale's Juicing diet is a real blessing!

Always the one diet I go back to each time I need to rebuild / get healthy and yes lose excess weight. Mostly recommended to everyone who want to get themselves back to good health again. Last time I did this two years ago I had more energy than when I was 20.

Amazing i love it

A great tool to keep going. No excuses of forgetting the recipe book or the supermarket list! It's all in there plus Jason own videos add the zest needed to get in the right state of mind.

Love it!

Got the book, but this tops it! I can have my recipes anywhere and order them at a juice bar! Off to my 2nd world detox! Yay!
