Very bad app
The app is garbage it keeps spacing out and freezing. Once u book a ride it stops working and won’t find a driver and the possibility of canceling is impossible cos app won’t react also the location services very bad and once ur in the car the map is all over the place it also will say u reached ur destination before u even get in the ride and u have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it and it still will be frozen and u have to call customer service to cancel where they tell u to reboot ur phone delete the app and reinstall it!!!!!!!!!!
So much over rated
The woorst app everrr
I ordered a car and the app showed that it'll be here in 10 min
Well it's been 10 min and it still shows 10 min for the car to get here
And now i cant cancel because you'll charge me
One more thing, your prices aree soooooooo hiigh much higher than any app ever. And if you give some one some discount codes you'd increase the rates so whenever someone is using the codes, they'd still end up with the same original rate
