Based on my own experience as of now ( maybe will change in the future)Cards are not yet available in UAE, so it is not useful for shopping in my case. All the ads they show to get instant card and during the verification it show just 2 steps to get the card and 1 step and then once finished verification, I didn’t not get any cards and what u can do is only transfer and receive money by linking your bank or card.
