Joyalukkas is always our family’s and friends favorite because of there customer service modern and traditional designs and friendly staff behavior , this updated app was amazing we can see all there product designs and updated current gold rates and offers ❤️❤️
Not great Experience
I visited at Madinat Souk Abu Dhabi on 2 week of September ,2022. Regarding my yearly payment installments plan. I started on July no one explain on details that u can’t pay from credit card. I visited shop . Staff don’t want look at you and shows they are busy and ignored. I asked them why u havnt explained me before for payment reply was that we have many customers and we can’t explain in details every one . Very disappointed with staff behavior . I left shop very upset. I will not continue this shop in future. Many other options in market .

Staff was so good and gentleman and ladies too they are all good my first time to join schem but it was good I’m done with 1st purchase to schem now I join again beacuse of the staff I forget his name to mention🙏🙏🙏thank you guys keep it up ….
